Download the forms below. Please complete this form in its entirety. Please attach a copy of your child's birth certificate and a recent photo.

 

Acceptance of Membership into the Krewe of Oberon will be upon the approval of the Board of Directors

Participating Membership - $550

Join us as a participating member and be a part of the excitement on the court during the tableau and parade! This level is perfect for families who want to engage in the heart of the festivities.

 

Membership includes:

  • Tableau & Ball: 1 table for the Tableau and Ball event

  • Parade Participation: Be a part of the parade (throws not included)

  • Social Events: Invitations to exclusive social gatherings and events

  • Community Service Opportunities: Opportunities to get involved and give back to the community

Associate
Membership - $300

Designed for families with children who are revelers and wish to participate in the parade, the Associate Membership offers a fantastic way to join in the fun while still enjoying many of the same perks.

 

Membership includes:

  • Parade Participation: Ride in the parade as a reveler (throws not included)

  • Tableau & Ball: 1/2 table at the Tableau and Ball event

  • Social Events: Invitations to exclusive social gatherings and events

  • Community Service Opportunities: Opportunities to contribute to the community​

Sustaining Membership - $125

Ideal for families without children participating in the tableau or parade, the Sustaining Membership is perfect for grandparents or those who want to stay involved with the krewe and support the festivities.

 

Membership includes:

  • Tableau & Ball: 1/2 table at the Tableau and Ball event

  • Social Events: Invitations to exclusive social gatherings and events

This membership allows you to remain an integral part of the krewe, offering opportunities to engage and enjoy the celebrations with the community!

Additional Financial Obligations:

In addition to the membership fee, there are some optional and required costs that may apply, depending on your participation level and preferences. These include:

  • Costumes, Crowns, etc.: Costs for attire and accessories as required for participation

  • Table Decor: Decorations for your table at the Tableau & Ball

  • Gifts: Gifts for fellow members or for special occasions (optional)

  • Parade Throws: Items to be thrown during the parade (not included in membership)

  • Required Fundraising: Participation in fundraising activities to support the Krewe (as needed)

  • Program Ad Sales: Selling ads for the event program

 

These additional costs are based on personal preference or as specified by the Krewe, helping to support the overall success and experience of the event.
